Everyone was excellent. Checking in with Elease started one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Very helpful. Very organized. Very friendly. From there Brooks had a great attitude. Taking many x-rays while guiding you through this process quickly. She was friendly and had a smile the whole time. Very professional. Put up with my bad jokes. Dr. Shah was wonderful. She showed and explained every x-ray with great skill and confidence. All my questions were answered completely and explained well so I could understand. Elease returned to show me my options as the Dr. said and what the costs with my insurance would be. No forceful or scare tactics just options and ways to schedule procedures for the optimum efficiency and cost. Not like others where you feel like you’re at a sweatshop. This was refreshing as during all this I had the worst toothache I ever had. Part of the pain was tolerable knowing I was in good company of people. While waiting for my appointment to get a tooth removed I scheduled a deep cleaning procedure. Brianna had her work cut out for her. She has great skill and patience. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her job. Great person. Great experience. Very skilled. I would recommend giving this place a try. Great people. Great experience. Walnut Creek Dental Group was fantastic. I, like many people, have extreme dental anxiety due to a past dental surgery going very badly. They were so understanding, compassionate, and patient with me throughout the entire process. Noah was absolutely wonderful with how kindly he treated me. He really alleviated my fears about being at the dentist and made me very comfortable. He was very calm and cheerful throughout my entire appointment, which really helped my anxiety. He was also very gentle during the Xray process, which has been uncomfortable at other dentists. Dr. Laura Bobadilla Bello was very also gentle with her exam and was thorough in her explanation of the next steps for my dental health. I felt at ease during my time with her and I feel confident in our plan for future appointments. Elease was so kind and super helpful before/during my appointment. When she went over the estimated costs for upcoming dental work, she answered all of my questions. She was able to provide clarity and alleviate my fears regarding financing options. When I called the office after my appointment for clarification regarding insurance coverage, Gabe, the operations manager, was very detailed with his explanations. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me answering my concerns, which I very much appreciated!! I am very grateful to have found this dental office and I would recommend them to anyone.
