Walnut Creek Dental Group was fantastic. I, like many people, have extreme dental anxiety due to a past dental surgery going very badly. They were so understanding, compassionate, and patient with me throughout the entire process. Noah was absolutely wonderful with how kindly he treated me. He really alleviated my fears about being at the dentist and made me very comfortable. He was very calm and cheerful throughout my entire appointment, which really helped my anxiety. He was also very gentle during the Xray process, which has been uncomfortable at other dentists. Dr. Laura Bobadilla Bello was very also gentle with her exam and was thorough in her explanation of the next steps for my dental health. I felt at ease during my time with her and I feel confident in our plan for future appointments. Elease was so kind and super helpful before/during my appointment. When she went over the estimated costs for upcoming dental work, she answered all of my questions. She was able to provide clarity and alleviate my fears regarding financing options. When I called the office after my appointment for clarification regarding insurance coverage, Gabe, the operations manager, was very detailed with his explanations. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me answering my concerns, which I very much appreciated!! I am very grateful to have found this dental office and I would recommend them to anyone.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was important. My experience with Walnut Creek Dental Group, especially with Dr. Bobadilla, Brooke, and the entire front desk and finance team, has truly meant a lot to me. Growing up, I didn’t have consistent access to dental care, and the experiences I did have were not positive. Because of that, I carried a lot of anxiety and hesitation into adulthood when it came to my dental health. I say all that to say, I’m incredibly grateful to have those past experiences reshaped by this team. I have a considerable amount of dental work ahead of me, and that can feel overwhelming. But what stands out about this group is how patient, thorough, and intentional they are. They’ve taken the time to walk me through every procedure, every X-ray, and even the financial side of things in a way that makes sense and never feels rushed or transactional. After each visit, I feel like I’ve learned something new about my health, and more importantly, I feel supported. Dr. Bobadilla is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Brooke was kind, attentive, and made the experience feel comfortable. The front desk and finance team have also been incredible, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understand my options. Because this is my health, and because of the level of care I’ve received, I feel it’s important to share this. If you’re someone who has anxiety around dental work, or if you’re looking for a team that will truly walk with you, answer your questions, and help you understand every step of the process, this team has been that for me. I’m thankful I found them.

I had such a great experience at this office. Rosie went above and beyond to make me comfortable, she even brought me a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer when I mentioned I was cold, which was such a thoughtful touch. Katie handled my cleaning and did an excellent job. She was thorough, gentle, and super professional. The whole team made the visit feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!
